The Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers will be holding their 2nd Quarter 2009 Event this Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Just like the 1st Quarter event, this will be held at the Downtown Aquarium from 4:00 – 7:00pm.
The event will feature Cary Whitaker from DORA speaking about Colorado’s State Law Updates and the S.A.F.E. Act, and Susan Lyons from HUD presenting FHA Updates and details on the Hope For Homeowners program.
The topics are certainly of interest to mortgage brokers in Colorado. And given the nature of the presentations, I’m expecting the turnout to be the same as the last quarterly event’s full house.
There will once again be a large number of sponsors attending. Check out CAMB’s sponsor page to see who will be there. Of course we will be there just as we were at the last event.
Not every one who attends is a mortgage broker, as the topics are of interest to most in the real estate community. However, if you are a mortgage broker and have questions about our Leads Manager, then this will be the perfect time to stop by and chat or see a demonstration.
