One Click Import

Do you use software that makes you jump through hoops to import leads?

Don’t answer that yet.

One simply has to look at the many software products that are available ready to serve any purpose. Then the question becomes – do you use software that allows you to import your leads into a ready-to-use format with one click?

Doubtful.

We’ve seen more expensive leads management software that is anything but friendly. With all the complexity that gets built in to those systems they can do almost anything. Except get you ready to use your leads with one click. Really, a one click import and ready to go? Be serious.

We interviewed mortgage brokers to determine how many clicks they would tolerate to import their data. Most said zero. So a compromise had to be made. Know how many steps it takes to import data into the Leads Manager?

One.

Look, we know that running your business is more important than trying to figure out how to get your leads into your leads management system. That’s why we made the One Click Import.

Simply click on Import Spreadsheet, point to your leads spreadsheet and your leads are imported. That’s it. One Click. We like to call it our One Click Import.

Now you’re probably wondering how you can point to any leads spreadsheet and have it imported. Aren’t column names from different leads providers different?

Glad you asked. They are indeed different in most cases. Would that there were one format. But in the absence of ‘one format to rule them all’, we’ve devised a way to map the various names into our one standard format.

By clicking on Manange Providers, you are able to associate the names your favorite providers use to our standard format. The good news is that you only have to do this one time.

In fact, you may not have to do it all. We’re working with leads providers to pre-configure the mapping table for you. If you find that the leads provider you use is not present, send us an email and we’ll work with them for you.

So to answer the original question. If you’re not able to import your leads with one click then you need to use our Leads Manager.
